Luana Apostoli

Luana has been co-founder of Studio International Business Consulting IBC since 2001 and she has been managing the consulting area on corporate internationalization.

She has gained twenty years of experience as an internationalization consultant in Iran, the Russian Federation, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, working successfully for important multinational companies leaders in their sector.

Luana has a Degree in Foreign Languages-Economics and Management  (Catholic University, Brescia) and  she got a specialization in economics and business management at School of Business and Management in St. Petersburg (RF).

Nearly to graduate in Law with a final work in International Law, Luana’s areas of expertise are European Union Law, International Law, Commercial Law. In particular, in the field of commercial law, Luana also deals with the drafting, negotiation and translation of different kinds of commercial contracts (supply, distribution, production, consultancy, collaboration, etc.), in response to Customers’ specific needs.

Luana is responsable of didactic planning and teaches in courses for corporate internationalization towards CIS markets, that combine language, commercial and legal training, and in high professional language training courses for important international Law Firms.

Owner, project and didactic manager of Studio Language & Consulting, she was in charge of the internationalization project of her Studio in the Spring School promoted by the University of Brescia (2017) in collaboration with Nottingham Trent University (GB).

Luana is a specialized lecturer  in the postgraduate course “TERMINOLOGIE SPECIALISTICHE e servizi di traduzione” (SPECIALIST TERMINOLOGIES and translation services), promoted by the Observatory of Linguistic Terminologies and Policies (OTPL) and by the University Language Service of Catholic University, Milan).

She is lecturer in the “Terminologie e tecniche di traduzione”  Course -Master Degree, Language Sciences, Catholic University, Milan.
