Market analysis allows identifying with precision the real target in marketplace, answering the question: “Who are the final customers of the service I am offering?”

This market analysis provides answers to the questions “Who?” and “What?”, while the Marketing Plan leads to implementing arrangements. The market analysis is normally made of two steps:

  • demand analysis, whose main purpose is to identify the customers interested in the provided product/service and the defining characteristics of the market of interest;
  • Supply analysis, which aims to verify if in the reference market already exists an offer of the same product/service.
