After a detailed Market analysis, IBC supports the customer’s company during the trade promotion phase, whose aim is to introduce the customer’s product and/or service into Russian market.IBC defines the characteristics of the product to satisfy the needing of the reference target.Secondly, our team works to determine the most suitable price level of the product/service to make it attractive for potential customers.We carry our researches on competitors in order to set the price level in their respect.In the Marketing Plan we define the most suitable distribution strategy for the product and for customers’ necessities, evaluating in depth its impact on the economic outturn.

The last phase of the project consists in planning the most appropriate marketing strategy to reach the customer target, selecting the communications channels that best suit the well-defined aim.
